Great link, Logan. There are way more of these out there... I'm hopeful that the "prize" approach that we see emerging in international philanthropy will be especially useful for creating the marketable innovations that both left and right can love.
I'm a Washington and Lee senior embarking on a summer's journey to Africa. My travels will take me up Kilimanjaro, through the Serengeti, and over to Kibungo, Rwanda, where I (with luck!) will spend the summer cataloging and assembling books for a small library. It promises to be an exhilarating, challenging, and character-building journey!
